Yes, they ship all over the world! If you can receive a package via UPS or FedEX, then they can ship to you. The transit time will depend on your location in the world and the selected shipper.
Fine Art America never offers free shipping promotions. Shipping is never actually free. If a website is offering you “free shipping” they are simply marking up the prices of their products in order to cover the shipping charges.

If an order is damaged in shipping Fine Art America will replace it. They do their absolute best to package your order so that it arrives in perfect condition.
