Shipping Information

Each order is manufactured at Fine Art America’s production facility. They have 14 manufacturing centers located in 5 countries. Each manufacturing center can ship products to any destination in the world.  When you place an order, they will automatically route your order to the nearest manufacturing center in order to minimize shipping costs and speed up delivery times.

Greeting cards ship within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. (Time may vary)

Prints ship within 3-4 business days after your order is placed. (Time may vary)

Please Note-  even if you select “overnight” as your shipping method, Fine Art America still needs the time mentioned above to actually print, assemble, and package your order. Everything at Fine Art America is printed and manufactured “on demand”. They don’t have any pre-made products sitting on their shelves.

Yes, they ship all over the world! If you can receive a package via UPS or FedEX, then they can ship to you. The transit time will depend on your location in the world and the selected shipper.

Fine Art America never offers free shipping promotions. Shipping is never actually free. If a website is offering you “free shipping” they are simply marking up the prices of their products in order to cover the shipping charges.

Shipping prices will vary upon checkout depending on your order and destination.

Damaged Orders

If an order is damaged in shipping Fine Art America will replace it. They do their absolute best to package your order so that it arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately they can’t control the UPS / FedEx delivery drivers who will be handling the order along the way. If your order arrives damaged, simply contact Fine Art America using the form link at the bottom and they will get a replacement order into production ASAP.
